    1942 Navy program -
This is a classic program from the 1942 Navy-Princeton game that was played at a neutral site - Yankee Stadium.  The game was played 10 months after the US entered WWII, and there are several articles about the Academy's wartime preparation.
There are also individual photos of both teams' players, a preview of the game with the scores of the previous 32 games in the series, and there's an article on the history of the series as well as a photo montage of action from Navy's victory in the 1941 game.  Princeton held an 18-8-6 advantage in the series.
The starters for the Tigers - Dick West, Bob Perina, Bob Sandbach, Dave Marshall, team captain Dick Schmon and Karl Harr.
Navy's starters included - Dave Barksdale, Ben Martin (the future head coach at the Air Force Academy), Hillis Hume, Gordon Studer, Bob Wilcox and John Laboon
