1980 AND 1981 ORANGE BOWL PROGRAMS FROM OKLAHOMA SOONERS VS. FLORIDA STATE-EXCEL.
In 1980 and 1981 the UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA SOONERS and the FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES played each other in back to back Orange Bowls. The games featured a match up between two legendary college football coaches as Barry Switzer was coach of the Sooners and Bobby Bowden was coach of the Seminoles. The Sooners managed to win both of the games over the Seminoles.
These programs are in EXCELLENT condition.
I have also included a copy of a Sooner review newsletter wherein Oklahoma head coach Barry Switzer summarizes his thoughts about the 1980 Bowl game and the past season. This item is shown separately in two of the pictures. It is also in very good condition
