Description
This is a scarce collegiate hockey program (see picture) from the game between the MICHIGAN STATE SPARTANS and the MICHIGAN WOLVERINES, dubbed as "THE COLD WAR GAME" because it was played outside in Spartan Stadium on October 6, 2001. At the time, this game set a WORLD RECORD for attendance at a hockey game--74,544 fans. The game ended in a 3-3 tie. The legendary coaches were former Red Wings great Red Berenson for Michigan and National Champion Ron Mason for MSU. This program is clean and intact, exhibiting light wear and creasing from handling and storage over the past 20 years. It is labeled as a "Collector's Limited Edition Program" on the front cover. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Michigan State or Michigan hockey fan or vintage publication collector in your life! Postage is .50. And, of course I'll combine postage on multiple purchases. Sorry, NO international shipping. Be sure to check the other items in my eBay store, too!
