Pre 2000 since Tiara Exclusives ceased operations in 1998.  Offering four 10-3/8" diameter Imperial Blue Crown pattern dinner plates in a beautiful cobalt blue.  Three plates unused and one plate has faint scratches in an isolated location.  Also including an 8-1/4" smaller plate.
