Antique Black Starr & Frost Sterling Silver 925 Master Salt Cellar Cobalt Blue.  Gorgeous salt Cellar,  looks larger than your typical salt Cellar so I'm assuming this is a master? See dimensions in photos.  The silver is heavily detailed with a design of floral rose repousse and on fancy scroll feet.  Hallmarked on underside as shown in photos.  No monogram.  Cobalt Blue glass insert included and in good condition. The silver has some patina and tarnish but otherwise displays very nicely considering age. Dimensions and hallmarks can be seen in photos.
