This listing is for a lovely antique Sterling Silver salt cellar with cobalt glass liner, c. early 1900. The silver stand for the cobalt glass liner has a scalloped top edge with beautifully reticulated design on the side body and sits on three ball feet.
The silver is marked with the trademark stamp of Dominick & Haff and "Sterling, 732". Dominick & Haff produced high quality silver items in New York NY from 1868-1928.
Measures 1" high with a top diameter of 2 1/4". Sterling Silver (without glass liner) weighs 33 grams. Overall weight is 2.8 ounces.
The silver and fitted glass liner are in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting minor signs of wear.  There is a small no-harm concave dimple in the bottom of the glass liner from production.
