Original New Atari  3 foot 13 Pin SIO/IO Cable. MOLEX/Rivited
Atari had many production versions of this cable. All versions are interchangeable and have just cosmetic differences and no functional differences.
This is the most common version.
The connector is made by "Molex with Square holes and riveted on cover".
They fit the computers and peripherals pretty tightly.
The cable is thick and a little stiff.
They have square holes for the pins to go in and the metal contacts are visible.
The 4 th picture shows a different production version of the SIO cable with a connector that has round holes for the pins to go in, the metal pins are not visible, they slide on and off much easier and the cable is thinner and more flexible.
This version is sold in a separate auction.
