-3 of the magazine pockets removed and resized to better fit 308 magazines
-shoulder strap buckles replaced with female buckles (dated 1995) in order to attach to armor
-Waist strap replaced with heavy duty 2.25" web and clasp, suitable for holding belt mount pouches
