David Bowie Isolar Concert Program 1976 With Sleeve

This is a vintage concert program entitled,  "David Bowie Isolar".  This comes with the original paper sleeve.  The newspaper program is near mint, being housed in the sleeve for all these years...but...it IS a newspaper and has the aging of a newspaper.  It has some browning on the edges and some light edge wear as well.
The sleeve is in the condition shown.  A couple of tears at the sides and browning with age.  Any question as to condition, write and I'll try to answer specifics.
