We have no idea what this item is or what it is made for.
But it reminds me of the draw bar on a 3 point hitch on the back of my old tractor.
There are no markings or numbers on the item, except for the on the quick release pin.
The overall length is when fully extended is 30 1/2"
The distance between the quick release pin and the mounting hole when fully extended is 29 1/8".
The adjustable length of the bar is approximately 2 3/4".
On the quick release pin it has....

The end with the quick release pin is 1 1/2" Diameter
The notch is 5/16" wide x 1 1/16" deep
The hole where the quick release pin slides into is 5/16" Inner Diameter
On the opposite end, the mounting hole is 1/2" x 7/16" Inner Diameter
Weight: 4 LBS. 3 oz
Similar to the one in the pictures.
Unused!
But it is a little rusty.
The bar is scuffed and scratched up a bit from moving and long term storage in our warehouse's.
