    This listing is for one used Dyonics Access 40 Insufflator, Ref# 7205832.  Unit is in very good visual condition with only a few tiny scuffs.  Only damage is a small scrape on one knob as shown in closeup photo.  Powers up and operates as expected, though I am unable to test all functions (no gas bottle).  Free shipping.
