    Description

Georg Jensen Sterling Silver & Enamel  Salt Cellar w Spoon - Bittersweet Pattern
Measurements are just under 2-1/2" long including handle, 1-5/8" diameter bowl, 9/16" high. Spoon is 2-3/16" long.
The Bittersweet pattern was designed by Gundolph Albertus in 1940 for the Georg Jensen company. I bought a pair of these open salts with matching spoons and it's the only ones I have ever seen in this pattern.
Very similar to the Cactus pattern also designed by Albertus in 1930, but definitely different.
