    new old stock this one is made  in 1995 by creative apparel associates.(others can be different date or maker but all gi issued) outer shell is 100% aramid  called hood aircrew, cold weather woodland camouflage.SPO100-95-C-5052. 8415-01-394-5401. at the bottom on back there are snaps. can be modified by you  if  the snaps do not work on the jacket you want to use with. aramid is fire resistant very expensive fabric. in the us one can go first class mail per weight. 2 medium flat rate  box, 4 large flat rate box. please choose correct method.
