This is an original program for the Iowa Hawkeyes versus Syracuse Orangemen football game played on September 18, 1976 at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, Iowa. Hawkeye tailback Dave Schick (39) is pictured on the front of the program. The Hawkeyes defeated Syracuse 41-3 as tailback Ernie Sheeler and tailback Tom Renn both scored two rushing touchdowns. The program is in excellent condition with the cover and pages tight to the staples. The staples are beginning to rust. The front and back covers are clean, but there is some surface wear. There is no writing inside the program that I can find. The program will be sandwiched between rigid cardboard flats inside a bubble mailer to protect the corners from damage.
