This is an original program for the Nebraska Cornhuskers versus Oklahoma Sooners football game played on November 23, 1972 at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Sooners (#4 AP) defeated Nebraska (#5 AP) 17-14 by overcoming a 14-0 deficit and ending the Cornhuskers 23 game home winning streak. This was the final home game for head coach Bob Devaney. The program is in very good condition with the cover and pages tight to the staples. The front and back covers are clean, but show some wear. There is no writing inside that I can find. The program has an error on the contents page with the wrong team and date. The program will be sandwiched between rigid cardboard flats inside a bubble mailer to protect the corners from damage.
