Ornate 1902 Antique Sterling Silver Salt Cellar Bowl England, Chased Design

Description

This is an antique sterling silver salt cellar made in Birmingham, England.  It has a very pretty chased design and ruffled rim, and sits on three ball feet.
It weighs about 24.0 grams and is about 1-3/8" tall.  It has full English sterling hallmarks.  The date is easy to read, but we are having a bit of trouble reading the maker's mark.
It is marked with a lion for sterling silver, an anchor for Birmingham and a "C" for 1902.
