Pair Hamilton & Davis Sterling Silver Footed Salt Cellars

This listing is for a lovely pair of vintage/antique American Sterling Silver footed salt cellars made by Hamilton & Davis. The salts have an ornately embossed decorative border with swirled paneled gilded interior. No monograms. Marked with the trademark stamp of Hamilton & Davis and "Sterling". The Hamilton & Davis silversmiths were in business in Philadelphia PA from 1880-1900.
Measure 1" high and 3" in diameter. Combined weight 55 grams.
Both salts are in very good to excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws and reflecting only minor signs of normal wear. The interior gilding is slightly worn and there are a couple of faint tarnish spots inside one salt.
