The PetSafe Drinkwell Cleaning Kit (CKPH) provides product owners with a convenient and easy solution to keep their fountain clean! With improved features, such as a plastic molded handle, a flared sponge tip for deep cleaning and vinyl wraps to protect the wire shaft from rust. The fountain should be cleaned about once a week. The inside of the motor should be cleaned about every 2 weeks to prevent food and hair from clogging the motor.

Return Policy

All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
