Excellent cosmetic condition and tested as follows: Unit was plugged in and powered on. Unit appears to be functioning properly as intended by design. I applied pressurized air to the unit and the unit appeared to register the air properly as intended by design. I believe this is a 15 Liter but cannot be sure. It registers to 11 LPM. Item appears to have some signs of normal use and no visible damage. Unit comes equipped with hospital grade electrical plug and high pressure hose.
