This is a Subsalve USA Commerical Underwater Lift Bag. Older Version. From a local storage unit. I am not sure of the model ?? A former store label has what looks like C1 written in pen. So maybe 100 lbs capacity ?? Measures approximately 24 inches tall without the loop strap.
Cosmetics-Good overall with some creases, general wear, and dirt residue. The inside is clean. Operationally no testing has been done. I am not a diving person. It was in storage for years. The inside valve release line takes some force to pull but does move some. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Sold AS IS
