    TEST/INSPECTION OF SALE CONTENTS:
    Testing this system consisted of plugging in the AC power cord and powering on.  The console than prompts,  "press run".  When the run button is pressed the display says "evacuating".  The internal pump is operating and produces pressure at the output port and vacuum at the input port.  The pressure adjustment buttons are responsive.  The mode button is responsive.  run, on, off buttons are also responsive.  When switched to the footswitch mode the footswitch operates.  I did not notice any burned out LED lights on the display.  Cosmetically the console is in good condition with normal signs of previous use including a few minor stains, scuffs, and scratches.  The power cord is in good condition.  The footswitch is in good condition.  Please study pictures.
