US Military Stocker & Yale Sandy-183 Tritium Compass

I am selling a
US Military Stocker & Yale Sandy-183 Tritium Compass (NSN 6605-01-196-6971)
.
The compass comes with the original lanyard and nylon carrying case with “Alice” belt clip and was made in December 1998.
Sandy-183 compasses are waterproof and shockproof and are damped by an inner copper shell that allows for fast settling of needle.
The dial is graduated on the outside in azimuth (0-360°) in 5° units, and the outer portion of the dial is graduated in mils.
Sandy-183’s are know to be rugged and dependable.
Beware of cheap China made knockoffs.
As you can see from the pictures, the compass is in excellent condition.
The pictures are of the actual compass that you are bidding on and were taken before it was packaged up for shipping.
