Listed here is a pair of USAF US Air Force Senior Master Sergeant SMSGT Rank Insignia Subdued Metal Pin Pair which are obsolete and rare.  These metal subdued rank insignia where issued and shortly worn in the 1990s with the Battle Dress Uniform (BDU).  These ranks were shortly replaced with Gore-Tex rank insignia due to them being potential Foreign Object Damage (FOD) items to jet engines.  This rank insignia pair are old new stock and were never issued or used and are in outstanding condition but are in outstanding condition and can be utilized again if needed.  These rank insignia would also be a great item for militaria collections or for those who need them for shadow boxes.  These USAF Senior Master Sergeant subdued metal rank insignia manufacturer is unknown and were found in my travels and are now be presented to the world through this eBay listing.  Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions and/or want more photos of this item.
