This is a  Vintage Pre-WWII Era ROTC Officers Hat Badge University of Wisconsin Corps of Cadets.  This is a well kept hat badge from the U. of Wisconsin ROTC Corps of Cadets.  This badge would have been worn on a officers cadet hat prior to World War II, and is in great condition for age.  A great item for collecting if you collecting militaria, or badges.  Also a nice prop for plays, even a nice gift for a former cadet at the University of Wisconsin.
