About Us
Our 500m² warehouse contains several thousand items. This give us the opportunity to ship your requested item from day-to-day. We already do business in more than 40 countries.
Our logistics department ships worldwide at excellent shipping rates using DHL, UPS and TNT.
We can also ship on your preferred carrier account if you have one.
We do our best every day to ensure that your orders are delivered on time and are packed correct and secure. However it sometimes occurs that a package gets damaged during shipment. It may also occur, that you have received equipment you wish to return. For any return of equipment due to damage, incompletion or wrong delivery please contact us.
An RMA request must be submitted within the issued DHS warranty. We offer a three month warranty on refurb/used items. Requests after the warranty period has expired will be denied.

We only distribute original IT hardware. Most of our products are usually between 40-90% below the manufacturer’s list price.
We are an international company doing business in more than 40 countries. We buy and sell to IT-brokers, service providers, resellers and to end-users.
We keep a large inventory of complete systems and spare parts, which often comes from off-lease partners or directly from the manufacturers excess stock. We test, clean and configure all used equipment in our own in-house enginering test center and all equipment is being safely packed for shipping to customers all around the world.
Our international team has more than 50 years of experience in the used hardware industry combined.
