    Description

    Beautiful Gorham Narragansett sterling silver oyster open salt dish with salt spoon dated 1887. The dish has a lovely oyster motif atop footed shell and features barnacle at it's base. Spoon features a starfish motif on handle with a shell bowl. Both salt dish and spoon have a goldwash appeal. Salt dish measures 2 3/8" in length by 1 3/8" wide and 5/8' high. Spoon measures 2 1/2" in length. Condition is excellent with no damage, dents, or dings. Open salt set bears the Gorham hallmark, sterling, 2035, and date mark 1887 on oyster dish. Salt spoon bear the Gorham hallmark, sterling, and 2035. 100% authentic. Has not been polished. Please view photos as they are part of the description.
