    Description

    The Vulcan VG40 is a manual, gas 40 gallon tilt skillet. This brazier can grill, fry, simmer and braise vegetables, meats, soups, sauces, etc. and then fully empties with its manual tilt. This feature will empty the unit with pour lip strain and fold down pan support. The pan has coved corners for easy cleaning, as well as gallon markings for quick measuring. This tilt skillet, Vulcan VG40 shuts off when pan is tilted at 5° for added safety. Stainless steel cooking surface bonded to a 1/2" thick steel plate with solid state temperature controls. The skillet is available with Natural or LP gas and features an electronic ignition (requires a 120V connection). This model has a 40 gallon capacity (30,000 BTU per 12"W).
